A Good Deed



One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry. He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. Being embarrased however, Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water to the lady who opened the door.
She thought he looked hungry so brought him a large glass of milk. He drank it slowly, and then asked, "How much do I owe you?"
She replied."You don't owe me anything. Mother has taught me that a good deed never goes waste. it always comes back to you".
He said....."Then I thank you from my heart." As the young boy left that house, he not only felt stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was strong also.


Year's later that young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease. Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation. He rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her room.
Dressed in his doctor's gown he went in to see her. He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best for his patient since she was suffering from a rare disease. From that day he worked very hard researching, doing different investigations,trying everything he could to save her life.


After a long struggle, the battle was won. Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval so that he could write his charges.
The bill was then sent to the lady. She feared to open it, for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all. She may have to sell her house to pay the bill.She may have to stay on the streets for the rest of her life.
Finally she looked, the bill had an enormous amount written in it and she knew that all was lost. 


But something caught her attention on the side of the bill.
It read.....
" Your Bill paid in full with a glass of milk. A good deed never goes waste. it always comes back to you."

How To Recognise A Liar



         How To Know When Someone Lies To You!


1. Liars dont have a good memory.Liars always tend to forget what they had said last time and so they end up making contradicting statements.


2. Its easy to notice a Liars body language- They are either fidgeting with their hair, stroking their throat or rubbing their eyes.With their body often turned away from you, you may notice hand or leg fidgeting.Liars also have trouble swallowing and may shake their head after a point they have made.When the subject finally gets changed they appear happy and more comfortable, maybe laughing nervously. 


3. Liars take offence very quickly even if you show a little suspicion. They may also talk too much, feeling the need to over-explain themselves. 


4. Liars fail to control their facial expressions. While fibbing, you may notice nervous twitching. Their hand may be covering or touching their face.people also tend to touch their mouth when feeling guilty or anxious.Its easy to notice a fake smile too.


5. Liars nose reddens when they lie. When a human tells a lie, extra blood gets pumped through the body and the nose swells and turns red just a little bit. Liars may subsequently touch the tip of their nose unconsciously. 


6. A liar has a troubled brow and falling eyes. They have trouble looking eye to eye. If the person is telling you the truth, he will look up and to the left, since thats the side of brain used for recollecting information. If he is lying, he will look up to the right, since thats the side resposible for imagination. 


7. A liar has a hard time controlling his body language or his voice. The pitch or rate of speech may change, with the individual giving a lot of "umms" and "ahhs". Often a Liar will appear monotonous.

Its About Being Human



This is about Mr. Zavere Poonawala who is a well-known industrialist in India. He had this driver named Ganga Datt with him for the last 30 years on his limousine, which was originally owned by Acharya Rajneesh. 

Ganga Datt passed away recently and at that time Mr. Poonawala was in Mumbai for some important work. As soon as he heard the news, he canceled all his meetings, requested the driver's family to await him for the cremation and came back to Pune immediately by a helicopter.

On reaching Pune, he asked the limo to be decorated with flowers as he wished Ganga Datt should be taken in the same car, which he himself had driven since the beginning. When Ganga Datt's family agreed to his wishes,he himself drove Ganga Datt from his home up to the ghat on his last journey.


When asked about it, Mr. Poonawala replied that Ganga Datt had served him day and night, and he could at least do this being eternally grateful to him. He further added that Ganga Datt rose up from poverty and educated both his children very well. His daughter is a Chartered accountant and that is so commendable. 

His comment in the end, is the essence of a successful life in all aspects:

 Throughout my career, men have helped me at every step. Sometimes it was when I asked for help. Sometimes they saw I needed help even before I did, and they were there.

So you might think, this is me praising men for all they've done for me at work. But no. It's me asking for even more. It's my wish list for what else men could be doing.

So if you are a  Man, Do Take Care Of The following Things At Work..

Dressing-Men should wear darker suits as they carry more authority; the most powerful colors are dark blue, grey and black.
Loud and big checks and prints of any kind are to be avoided.
Always wear an ironed shirt, even if the shirt claims to be "wash and wear."

Hair And Skin-Shaving daily is a must for men. If you want to keep a moustache or beard, it should be neat and well trimmed.
Don’t let hair peep out from your nose and ears.
Keep your nails short and clean, as your hands are seen while communicating.

Odour-When it comes to wearing a fragrance, always remember… a little dab is just enough.
Use a deodorant / Anti perspirant specially in summers or you would smell like a fish.

Shoes And Socks-
Shoes should be well polished and in good condition.
Socks should complement the suit.Its always better, that your socks are of same color as the trousers as it gives a polished look as there is no break in vision.

Paternity Leave- why should women always take a leave for children. Men should also equally play their part.Its their child too.isnt it?

Porn Sites get majority of traffic during the workday..So men, please stay clear of these sites during work.

Lying/Gossiping
You don’t want to be the one that everyone knows as the office gossip. Especially in very political companies, you want to be trustworthy and friendly. If people see you as a liar or instigator, they are less likely to trust you or your work. 

Ineffectiveness

Are you effective in your job? The goal in any economy is to make yourself indispensable so that your company can’t do without you. This is ultimate job security. However, if you don’t complete tasks effectively or your work is less than stellar, you might be putting your position at risk.

Respect Women-Don’t look and stare at women as an object of sex.Women admire compliments but not raw remarks.Such Behaviour could easily have you expelled.

When you work with an organisation,there are some workplace ethics you need to follow.You need to avoid doing certain things if you want to be seen as an honest person with great integrity.
You have to be seen as a trustworthy person,fit to take any responsibility given to you. You need to convey professionalism at the workplace.

Take Care of the following things at your workplace.

1. Dressing- Everyone knows that you should avoid clothes that are too tight or skimpy. If your clothing is revealing, You may have difficulty getting attention for your ideas. But baggy clothing thats two sizes too big can be just as detrimental.If your clothing is shapeless, you will end up looking sloppy.
When choosing work outfits, stick to items with a contemporary cut and avoid anything that is ill-fitting or too large.Also dont wear the same designer clothes again and again.
Women have also been fired from their jobs for looking too hot.

2. Spreading gossip- At your  workplace you will overhear things,someone will disclose something, and there will always be some rumours flying around. You have to ensure that you sre not one of those that are active in spreading gossip.


3. Misusing office property- You should never use office property such as telephone,email and instant messages for personal purposes.Spending a lot of time on personal phone calls, chatting with friends, exchanging information using office email, using office printer for personal reasons and so on can be a good reason for you to be shown the door.

4. Blaming Others- When you make a mistake, dont get into the habit of blaming others.Making mistakes is human nature-every employer understands this.Though it may be tough and embarrasing to accept a mistake, you need to own up to your errors, if you want to hold on to your job. 

 5. Disclosure Of Confidential Information- It is a breech of contract if you disclose business information that can harm your employer. This reason is enough for your employer to fire you, and it will badly affect your future prospects as well.

6. Posting Harmful Information about your employer on a blog or facebook.If you have a blog or are invovled in any type of writing for the public domain,You should never post any information that could be harmful to your employer.
You should never bad mouth your employer on the blog or post company secrets.


7. Remarks-You should avoid making remarks that can be seen as racist or sexist.Showing intolerance towards some groups of people and being offensive towards them is also something that could get you fired.
If it is reported
 and you are found doing something that constitudes harrasement and hampers the performance of a colleague, then your boss can conclude that you need to be relieved of your duties.

8. Stealing- Though your employer provides you with items necessary for your job, such as office supplies,you should not use it for personal purposes or it amounts to stealing.

Stretch marks are fine white to silvery lines on the skin that may develop on the abdomen, thighs, gluteal region and knees. Natural ways For Glowing Skin In Summer


Summers burn and tan your skin.Summers damage your skin by dehydrating it.
 I therefore always advice women to pamper their skin naturally bcoz thats the best way to maintain youth.
Follow the steps below and achieve a glowing and healthy complexion this Summer.
 Cleanse your skin often, at least three times a week. Use a scrub by Mixing equal portions of gram flour, sandalwood powder and multani mitti. Mix these with rose water and scrub your face. It helps keeping your skin clean and soft . 

For moisturizing your skin in Summers, there is nothing better than season fruit facial masks.. cut the pulp of the fruit or squeeze it into the blender and then apply it on your face as quickly as possible before the vitamins in the fruit lose their potency.
Another key skin ingredient for skin care this summer is Coconut water, if rubbed on the skin it lightens and brightens the skin. It is also instrument in getting rid of heat rash. It can be applied as a lotion and left on the skin and then washed with cold rose water.
 
  1.Mango pulp is great to cure acne problems in this season.

 1.Add a cup of buttermilk to your bath if you have large open pores it helps tightening them.
 2.To nourish and soothe your skin, use this bath formula. 
  Mix 2 teaspoons salt with 1 and half teaspoon almond oil and half a teaspoon vinegar. Apply this on your body before your bath.
 3.If your skin is prone to getting tanned or is already tanned apply a mix of equal quantity of almond oil and vinegar an hour before bathing. You will be surprised with the results.
 4.In case of a sunburn ,use a yogurt mask to cure it. Leave it on for ten minutes on the affected area. Rubbing ice cubes also is an immediate cure.
 5.In case of a heat rash one can apply a mix of corn starch with cold water. It will help a great deal.
